How wholesale ordering works. Send the grade, sieve band, volume, destination port and Incoterm. Every lot is tested at source and again at the port laboratory (NaCl, Ca, Mg, SO₄, insolubles, moisture, sieve); the Certificate of Analysis is issued before the Bill of Lading, and independent inspection by TÜV Austria, SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas is available on every shipment. The L/C document set — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin (EUR.1 / PAFTA / COMESA / AfCFTA), CoA, Halal or ISO 22000 certificates for food grades, SDS — is prepared for bank presentation. Lead time is 1–2 weeks from L/C or advance for stock grades, 3–4 weeks for kiln-dried or custom gradings. HS code 2501.00.
